Empowering Youth with Disability through Vocational Training
I can be excellent for Indonesia. A spirit that embodies the formation of ABILITAS.ID. We aim to empower students with disability through vocational training. Aside from that, we also want to build the confidence of our students that they are also amazing individuals who can contribute to this nation.

Our Team & Founders
Christella Fenisianti
Co-Founder
Christella Fenisianti is young and passionate advocate for marginalized communities especially for people with disability in Indonesia . She aspires to pave ways for them to achieve better living standards through ABILITAS.ID that focuses on empowering PWD through vocational trainings.
Other than her social work, she is also well-known as a seasoned public speaker. She is first runner up of Miss Indonesia 2020. She gave speeches in many prestigious international and national events. In 2017, she gained recognition as the best diplomacy awardee of Harvard WorldMUN. She was also the chosen youth representative at ASEAN+3 Rector’s Conference to deliver youths’ perspective on the future of education. When she is not working, she likes to read, meet new people, excercise, and ponder on ideas for social innovations.
Radhe Ayu Dewi Amerta Ratih
Co-Founder
Radhe Ayu is an undergraduate student of International Relations Studies, University of Indonesia. Having 6 years of experience as a volunteer for social projects for children made her determined to make a bigger contribution by establishing a foundation for children with disabilities. She believes that the strength of the heart is stronger than physical strength. Through ABILITAS.ID, she wants to invite more people to see the potential of children with disabilities and encourage many people to open their arms and give them the same opportunity hence they could achieve their dreams.
